Mobile catering elote corn

My spouse and I have over 16 years experience catering LA street style tacos with our family. Over the years we have meet a lot of amazing people and had the pleasure of serving delicious tacos. During the 2020 COVID Pandemic we decided to make the leap and start our own family business serving Fire Roasted Corn. Where we could serve delicious corn in a bowl or on the cob and cooked fresh on site.

Currently we offer 6 different flavors:

Mexican Street, Texas, Savory Lemon, Cajun, Fuego Style, and Cinna Fuego.

Add any one of these flavors to our base ingredients: Mayo, butter, lemon juice, Parm cheese, and a dash of parsley flakes.

Expanding our catering menu options! Choice of tacos and Elote (Mexican Street corn) package. Tacos come with 3 different meats:
Asada (Beef), Pollo (Chicken), and Pastor (Pork). Veggie option upon request.
